I booked a private ride from LAX to our hotel through primetimeshuttle.com, and I was a bit suspicious at first since airport pickup services can be hit or miss. But the booking process was simple, and the confirmation email came through right away, which made me feel better.

The driver texted when he was nearby, helped us with our bags, and the van was clean with plenty of space. After a long flight, I was half expecting some kind of hassle, but the ride itself was smooth and comfortable.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we had to wait about 12–15 minutes outside before getting picked up, which was annoying with kids and luggage. Still, overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably use them again.

My bags definitely looked like they’d been tossed around a bit... and one of the handles came back loose. Not the worst experience, but I do wish they’d been handled with a little more care

The driver was careful the whole way, kept a safe distance in traffic, and didn’t do any of those sudden moves or speeding that I’ve had with some shuttles before.
