"Horrible service!!"
Horrible service!!! I wish I would of checked out the reviews before I booked. Do yourself a favor and use anymore else.

"LEFT STRANDED"
Had a 330am pickup scheduled for a 45 minute ride to LAX . At 335 trip was canceled. Called and customer service said said driver canceled trip. Driver had our number never called. No replacement driver

"Our flight was late and we were left…"
Our flight was late and we were left stranded at LAX by Prime Time shuttle. I texted the driver as soon as I could to inform him we would be late AND HE LEFT US STRANDED. my wife and I are seniors and I am disabled and when I called Prime Time they could care less. They also refused to refund our payment. This is not a company you want to depend on. I gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option

My flight coming from Saudi Arabia was delayed for an hour. When we arrived to LAX the driver was ot there.

"Had a confirmed pick up scheduled for airport pick up…"
Had a confirmed pick up scheduled for Ontario airport and when we arrived the app instructed us to select ready for pickup .... then got notice the driver was on the way and would be a 1 hr or more. Mind you we had a confirm reservation. After a few minutes got another text message driver on the way in 4 mins BUT then they never came. Received a contact phone # you could call but person answered asking "whats my application"?
These are the only words this person could speak in English and kept asking until she said "I don't under stand" and hung up. Then after 1 hr wait, we waited simply because my CC had already been charged the full fare we got a message that driver had cancelled and sorry no other drivers available tonight.
Its now 1am and no one available to answer a phone or to help! called a Lyft and we got picked up in a very nice Escalade within 5 mins
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR FAMILY SAFETY WITH THIS COMPANY!

"Prime Time Shuttle Service No Show"
Prime Time Shuttle Services: Please be aware of the no service and unprofessional response.
On May 3, 2021, I booked a Prime Time shuttle Private Van to take my family to the port in Long Beach
for a cruise. Trip ID 921328, passengers 7 and luggage 9. Pickup, May 16, 2022, 12:30 PM.
My family was visiting from out of town for the family cruise.
On Monday, May 16, 2022, 11:45, I called to confirm because I did not receive an update on my phone.
I was told that Prime Time had texted me the day before to let me know that the van had been cancelled.
I explained that I had not received the text. The reply was there was no van available so I asked if they
could send two cars. The reply was no. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was
available. The advise they gave me was to hang up and find other transportation.
This is unacceptable. I cancelled the return shuttle stating that how would I know if the return shuttle
may also be cancelled leaving us stranded in Long Beach, upon our return.
I had used Supper Shuttle in the past but they are no longer in business. They were excellent.
This was not just poor service but most unprofessional in how they handled the whole situation.
Please be aware of the no service and unprofessional response.

"Stranded!!"
Received an email at 10:14pm canceling our 11:10pm pickup at LAX, destination, home. Left myself and 4 family members stranded at the airport. After 2 calls I was told their vehicle broke down and they had no replacement, but the would send a refund. Use at your own risk!!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LAX"
This use to be a good company, however the last 2 times we’ve used Prime Time Shuttle, they have failed us. Today, after having a reservation over a week in advance, they canceled our reservation at the time they should have been picking us up - they left my family and me stranded in the middle of LAX. They just don’t care about their customers…period! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible Company!! Don't do it, they market a lower price but the no show and rude staff is not worth it. Go elsewhere.

"From LAX to Whittier"
From LAX to Whittier, Ca. Worst service ever. Short story, No show, late second time.
After confronting the "management" they agreed to refund only halve, then promised to have "upper management" call me, a week later nothing and once again I cannot reach them.
Used Uber, on time, fast & fair prices, wish I hadn't have lost the Uber driver Joshs number (great job).

"Complete Scam Operation - DON'T BE MISLED by your Low Booking Rate !"
Complete RIPOFF !
NEVER EVER rely on this company. Find a different transportation solution.

What good is a low booking rate, if the booking does not get honored, leaves you stranded at a sensitive time, have to find alternative EXPENSIVE transportation at the last urgent minute, AND if you have to fight tooth and nail in the days after to get that money back, if at all you do ??

Our driver was a no show at the airport pickup. We were in touch with customer service all along, they asked us to keep on waiting. And after 50 minutes of waiting on the curb with tired crying hungry children in tow, the rep tells us our ride is NOT coming and go figure out alternative transportation on our own. Ridiculous? This isn't even the cringiest bit.

We got an email confirmation saying our trip is being canceled by an Admin for reasons of No Available Driver and would be fully refunded.

Guess what - after two days we find that instead of a refund, we have been CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! My rage knows no bounds now !! I am now talking with my bank to run a charge back. (Edit - chargebacks worked, the bank got me back the money.)

These folks can't run a reliable operation at the jeopardy of travelers, leaves you hanging dry. And their ineptitude extends to not being able to revert simple transactions. Gross negligence at best, shady scam conduct at worst !!!

Here is what I believe they do: Given a limited set of drivers or vehicles, if someone books a ride offering a higher fare, they will mercilessly ditch you regardless of a confirmed booking. It is a likely possibility given the high rate of complaints of driver no-shows and trouble getting promised and duly eligible refunds, that they bank on customers giving up on their refund pursuits. Total scam operation in our experience.

I would hope the state license providers and the payment processors for PrimeTime Shuttle take a hard look at this operation. Any social site reviews you come across tells a blazing tale of ineptitude, negligence, recklessness AT SCALE by this company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!

"RUN AWAY!!"
RUN AWAY!!! They did not arrive to pick me up at the scheduled time and they did not agree to a refund. I am still going back and forth w/ a credit card dispute since March. It's now October. Don't use them.

Had to cancel our trip and they immediately charged a $5 cancellation fee (no big deal). HOWEVER! More than 30 days later and they still have not refunded the full charge as they agreed to and per their website. When I call, all they say is that the refund "is pending".

"BEWARE!"
BEWARE!. the driver Haluk did not off load my carry on. The company did not move on the complaint saying he said he didn´t have i.t. He said there was nothing of value in it admitting he had kept it and gone through it. The cost to me of what Haluk kept is nearly $3,000.00. BEWARE FOR YOUR BAGS!
